275/35-18 tires on the front of a 2nd gen Camaro?

Can I fit a 275/35-18 tire on the front of my 1979 Camaro without an aftermarket subframe? I am installing tubular c-arms that will have clearance. The car will have coil-overs at the 4 corners with the Speedtech Chicane front mounts.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Im currently running 255/40/18 on the front of my 72 Formula. i know i could add 20mm of width and not be a problem. I run 8" rims with 4.5" of BS. So depending on rim width and backspacing is gonna be the major factor i would think. 104451
