Rear Spring Spacers for the GM A and G-Body
P/N 0062, 0063, 0064
Priced at $9.99/each or $39.99/kit

UMI Performance is proud to introduce our new laser cut coil spring spacers. These simple spacers may be just the ticket to achieve that perfect stance or prevent tire rub. UMI’s zinc coated, mild steel spacers are available in 1/8” and 3/16” thickness and can be safely stacked. They provide an easy way to fine tune the rear ride height of your GM A and G-body. No cutting, welding or drilling required. We recommend these for fine-tuning only, and maximum adjustment amount is the responsibility of the installer. Normal installation position is on the upper perch although lower perches may have adequate height. Kit includes four 1/8” and two 3/16” spacers or purchase spacers separate. 100% manufactured, tested and raced out of Philipsburg, PA – USA.

Such a simple idea to fix an annoying problem. Do you know if these spacers would rattle at all? I would think if that are put on the top of the spring the tension would hold them in place.

The spring tension is designed to hold them in place. If the spring isn't tight at ride height there is other issues to address.

I hope that helps,
Ryan

I'm a little confused. Will these work with the older Gm A body cars? I know the upper spring pockets are different in 64-67' and 68-later cars.

Hello Nick, they will work on 67-72 A-Body models and not the 64-66 that have the large opening spring. They will most likely fit 73-77 as well but we haven't checked yet but include dimensions on our site.

Thanks for looking.
