69 camaro trans shifter help!!!!!!!!

I have a 4l80e transmission and am looking for a shifter that will work good- i plan to build a center console around it and need ideas- anyone do this set- up? I appreciate any help with this pro touring build!!! Thanks

You could use the stock style shifter with a conversion kit from http://www.shiftworks.com/camaro-68-72.htm I had this set up with my old auto (4L60e), worked well!
