Need Help Headers scrapping

Hello everyone I need your help I have a 66 Impala (I know a land yacht). My problem is I had my mechanic lower my car 2", on the front he installed drop spindles and the rear he cut the springs (not my idea). Now my headers are scrapping every time I run over a small bump and the rear is not sitting level. I am thinking of installing an air bag system I know it is more expensive but I heard it would ride better and it should fix all my problems. What are your thoughts?

Air ride will make it ride better and make it adjustable and air is firmer to a point and good shocks will help even more. Spindles are probably fine. Call Ridetech, best parts, best service. And best thing is they have choices. Shockwaves, coolride , coilovers (adjustable height.).
Go double adjustable so you can work both compression and rebound.
I'm doing coilovers on my Monza, thinking of coolride on my 66 Caprice 4dr Sports Roof. But Shockwaves may end up on it yet.
Still gonna run Ridetech shocks though regardless of suspension setup.

Ridetech Air would be nice on a 66 Impala.. If only I could convince Kim we need a bigger car!
