So I bought this car several months ago and have been working on cleaning the floor and patching the tunnel. Well tonight I was trying to do some quiet work and starting on the wheel tub since it was loaded with rubber. Well I couldn't tell when I bought the car, they cut the outer most part of the tub out and put a piece of aluminum there and patched a spot horribly.

This is more than I've done before. So any pointers and what to buy would be a nice start! It looks like they cut the quarter panel as well, which shows in the last picture. How does the wheel tub seal? is it just close to the quarter and seam sealer applied?
