OK, need some advice here ...
I started looking at different fuel systems for my E-Force supercharged LS7 going in my 69' camaro, and want to do this right 'the 1st time'
Question is, for a non-track street car, will the Aeromotive Phantom tank system be adequate, or should I consider moving up to Rick's Vaporworx tank ?

Also, fuel lines .. 1/2" (8AN) feed with 3/8ths (6AN) return ?

Thanks

What's the horsepower? If you're going to be over 700hp the phantom 340 will be maxed out. Someone posted a pic that Aeromotive is coming out with a dual pump system soon which would be adequate for your build, not sure when though. Or just go with the Ricks!

Thanks Dale
Manny (Dasilva Motorsports) estimates approx. 650 at the wheels so ...

It's not really the supply that worries me, it's more the heat issue and the supporting electronics behind it that concerns me (reading about Rick's Vaporworx)

walbro 450 fuel pump will support that. Its also e85 compatible and boost loves E

You can get the TanksInc tank (same tank as Aeromotive) but with an internal Walbro like fast98 pointed out. If it's just a street car you won't have any fuel starvation issues where you'd really benefit from a Vaporworx setup. Just a thought!
And I'll pitch were a Tanks Inc dealer :)

The Aeromotive 340 Phamtom will support up to 700hp on a boosted EFI application. Sounds like that will be just fine for you. If not, they have a new 450 pump coming out at SEMA. No need to buy an EFI tank if you want to use your stock one. The Phantom kit takes care of that.

Wouldn't the 700 hp rating be at the crank? 650 hp at the wheels would likely push past 700 hp at the crank.

Correct.
That's at least 750 engine hp.

That would depend on the transmission used.

Thanks for all the input guys !! Trans is going to be T56 Mag
Looks like it's going to be the Tanks Inc. with the Walbro 500 -1000 HP internal pump

I wish I paid attention when I was at the shop and checking the car out. I can't remember what he used but I definitely should have paid attention being as I also will be getting the boys at dasilva motorsports to build my LS7 na thou
