Can someone help me ID this cutter

I am selling my Engine rebuilder tools and I have this valve seat cutter. It doesn't have any marking on it as to the make/model. I was hoping someone out there could help out.

Thanks, I will try over there. I don't think I am going to have much luck selling this. I have talked to a few used equipment re-sellers and they are offering a fraction of what I am asking. I really do want to know about this cutter.
