Hello,

I just installed a lsa into my 69 Camaro, now the fresh LS6 is up for sale. Im near Phila Pa, 19064.
Im asking $5000.00 for the long block. I will include the following with the engine, crank pulley, clutch, and flywheel. We had to use all the accessories on new motor and coil packs as well, since the harnesses are different.
im asking $5000.00 for the long block (technically)
feel free to make offers, i want this gone. Its killing me to look at all the money i dropped into it to just change it out for the LSA.
I will palatalize, shipping is on the buyer.

I'm including complete long block (block, heads, rockers, cam, intake) it's a drop in running engine. I'm still working on my LSA. That will be complete Thursday. At that point you can grab what ever parts of the accessory drive I didn't use.

How about coil packs? Flywheel? Clutch? Oil pan?

Well, once you figure out what exactly is included, then you should post a list of parts. Long block to me means short block + heads. This is obviously a little more than that.

Is it a stock engine or have there been cam and head upgrades?

I am selling a ls6 long bock. The other parts im offering as a "bonus" or good will (so to speak) I dont like stuff sitting around my shop and want to help anyone in anyway I can
The engine has a small or just a more efficient cam installed. I do not know the spec. When the engine was built i told them to make the stock block and design operate as efficient as possible.

Is this a zero mile rebuild for GM crate?

This was removed from a 04zo6 with 19000 miles on it. Then rebuilt the installed in my camaro for 3500 miles and pulled to install a LSA . It is great condition as it was pampered the entire time it was ran. It put down about 350hp rwhp

With all the parts your pulling to reuse on your other project I'd offer $3K, with more details before purchase.

So this is a bare short block? No acc., no intake, coils, injectors, rail etc? How neg are you? $4K is way too much for a no frills bare LS1. Would you consider in the hood of $1800-$2000?

I'm into the engine to much $$$$ to let go for 2k. And yes it is a long block (heads included) and basically new.

I understand. I know it cost some $$ to rebuild an engine, but a bare LS Long block is just not worth $5K. GLWS

I am confused..I don't see where he is selling a bare block or now asking 5k

Genros, you might want to post a picture of what you have for sale, since the you stated the new motor is installed. Your ad is kind of misleading in the fact that you show an COMPLETE engine but everything is not included with the sale. For the cost of everything you would have to buy- intake, accys, coils, etc, they are not very far off from buying a complete engine/trans dropout. I realize that you probably have a nice setup and wish you good luck with the sale.
