I would like to install a pair of C-4 Corvette ('84-'87) Front Disc Brake Calipers on my 1st Gen. Camaro. Who has done this and what does this involve ?? Does anyone make a "kit" to perform this swap ?? Also, what would it take to install the Corvette Rotors ??

touring classic's has everything you need. they will sell you everything or let you source some of the parts yourself. worked great for me! do a web search to find them.

I did it last winter, it is pretty easy to do. Just gather information in the web. David Pozzis site is a good start.

The easiest way is to have the drumbrake spindle and make the brackets for the caliper. There are a few people that can sell it to you. I made mine myself.

Another thing you have to do is to turn down the hub slightly so that the rotor fits over it. After that it is just a matter of bolting it together. I had to mill away some on the caliper cradles to get the caliper to line up properly on the rotor.

I bought the calipers and rotors through rockauto.com.
