I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find any pictures of a Trans-am Nova? Thanks!

It's from down-under, but there are litteraly TONS of great '60's road racing photos here! And perhaps some paint job ideas as well.

I am mostly interested in 68-72 Novas. I have a pic of the front of one but it is prety distant and can't see the side. It is easy to find 67-69 Camaros. Thanks.

There is a mag on news stands now that has a couple pics of Chevy II's. I think it is Hot Rod and has an article on T/A cars.

Yes I have about used up that magazine. That is really what has gotten me motivated about this. I saw a picture awhile back of like a 69 or 70 nova racing in the trans-am series. I would like to find a good picture of the front and even rear to get some ideals about a front valance and rear spoiler. I have even tried looking for old nascar pics but all I can find are the mid to late 70’s. A lot of ventura nascar pics they are cool but don’t help a lot.

Speaking of front valances vanzuuk1 have you started mass producing yours yet?

No but I am almost finished with the rear, it looks pretty mental. Soon my car will be dangerous with all these metal edges, I will have to wear gloves to wash it!

Dont froget to post alot of pics. I am thinking about making one for my Nova to replace the custom 69 Camaro I have now.

I thought Novas were used in the Grand National NASCAR series. But I'm not sure.

Andrew, I just went to your site , your car is nice, ripe and ready for some roadrace flavor.
Have someone photochop it with the nose lower and a few other tidbits. You could make spoiler extensions for the rear, aluminum or black lexan.

Exactly. Right now I am painting the wheels black, lowering the front some more and waiting for the hardware for my front airdam. That is a good idea to have someone photochop.

Do you want the vintage look or the nascar look? They are a little different, but you can combine them to a point. Find tony l. or darkbuddha , they speak our language and can photoshop for you .

Thats a hard choice. I would like to see both if possible.
I started a thread.
