Elbow flapper valve

Hey guys, I wanted to rebuild my 68 camaro dash elbow vents and was wondering if anyone knew where to buy just the flapper valve. all I see is people selling the entire elbow. I would rather use mine and just replace the worn our flapper. Any help would be great thanks.
