Will an LLT mate to a C5/C6 drivetrain?

I was toying around with the idea of an LLT mated to a shortened corvette drive train for my 77 celica. Does anyone know if the LLT can bolt right up or if there's issues with this thought?

Nope, it will require an adapter plate or spacer or something additional. I had read up on these before and they use a different bellhousing. Not sure if it's the spacing or bolt pattern though.

OK, thanks for the quick reply. I guess I'll either leap all the way to LS V8 or maybe consider a traditional layout with the LLT.
