Vintage Air Gen IV blower is surging

Out of nowhere last week I noticed the air conditioning would slow down, speed up, etc. Anyone have any ideas? Electrical issue or something else? I haven't tried it with the heat on to see if it does the same thing - too damn hot outside to drive with the heat on.

Have you tried resetting the VA pcm (the process when you first connected it)?
