Need help with rear end

Hi guys, I am building a car in Poland, with no acces to parts, I need to order everything from USA and wait for it minimum 3 weeks. I have a 9inch rear end and ordered this seal

it arrived today and I thought everything will be great, but it turned out that the outside diameter is to big! Can you help me with what should be there, as I am stuck with work now...

the vehicals listed in that ad for that seal had 8.8 rear ends. im not sure why they listed them as having 9" rear ends.
heres the part number for the seal that will work TIMKEN Part # 7044NA
i would think that seal would be in Europe somewhere.

But the auction I have posted at the top is clearly showing that this is a 7044NA and when I have checked other auctions with this number, they have the same vehicles listed....

towards the end of the factory produced 9"s ive seen them use 8.8 pinion seals. ive only come across 2 of these and both were in early 80s broncos. the other odd ball seal was the first generation 50s 9"s had a huge outer diameter. so try the 8.8 seal.
