Heads assembled complete with valves & springs, not rockers/ stands

6.0L LQ4 shortblock
Cometic 4.060" bore .040" head gaskets
Comp Cams double roller timing chain kit (#7102) nib
set on new GM LS2/ LQ9 flat top pistons & pins
