67 Camaro RS back to standard grill

I am in the middle of switching from an RS grill back to a standard grill. I have the new headlight buckets, bucket brackets, upper and lower trim, grill and headlight bezels. The only issue I am having is the fender tab brackets that the headlight bolts to in the inner fender. The RS ones are further back. I know they make an adapter bracket to go from standard to RS (which moves the tabs back further), but I have not seen one that goes from RS to standard. I'm thinking I could fab something up, but I do not have a standard inner tab structure to go from. Can any one offer some insight or help here??

Thank you sir! I appreciate the photos and assistance. This gives me a better idea of what the standards look like. I will tell you using "new" trim pieces is just as big of a pain as I remember from doing my chevelle years ago. Lots of fine tuning and bending.

I have a set of the brackets needed for a standard grill. It took me a while to track them down when I was going to do this same switch but I actually found NOS standard fenders that I purchased for my car. Let me know if you are interested I can email you some pictures of them.
