So I am finally at the point where I can start laying some color on the Fastback's parts. I'm gonna start with the front IFS (mainly upper/lower control arms, brackets, and maybe sway bar) because the body work is not quite done yet. Does anyone have any color suggestions?? If so, would you guys mind posting some mustang front suspension pics?
Thanks......100938

I had all my suspension parts painted at the shop when they did the car. Nothing fancy just good ole' hotrod black with a flat clear coat to match the engine bay.
The other option is to have everything powdercoated.
What colour is the car going to be or engine? Some really nice blues, red's. I have metallic blue powder from NIC that I was going to use but got lazy.

The car is going to be Highland Green. The engine is a 2012 Whippled Coyote with blue coil covers. I thought about red, but brake calipers are red! My original plan was to powdercoat, but when I received the uppers and lowers the ball joints and bushings were already greased up and installed.

I've seen some really nice darker blues with light metallic that would complement the engine. Could go Ford Laguna blue to match the valve covers.

I'd paint them green along with the engine covers

The green or blue sounds tempting, so I guess the red is out!

Very nice... My 64 fairlane is getting a Coyote as well. No whipple but still these run good either way!

I'm going to repaint my frame light grey like Nascar stuff. I think it is called standard dove grey.
