Complete bolt kit for LS engines?

So I've gotten to the point where we're trying to mock everything up, and it occurred to me that I don't have most of the bolts I need to put together my engine. Is there a complete bolt kit (don't know what else to call it) out there that has everything you would need to but an LS engine together? I'd prefer something OEM if possible. I found some from ARP and it would cost a small fortune to get all their kits. I've also found some guy on eBay selling what looks to be a complete kit, but no idea what the quality is, and it's all allen wrench stuff, which would be weird to do with torque wrenches I would imagine.
