TR3650 Transmission (01 Cobra)

I have a TR3650 out of an 01 Cobra in good condition. I bought from an SVT member that stated that it was rebuilt by a local Ford dealer to handle his engine and blower mods. The only known problem is that it doesn't shift into 3rd gear all the time under high rpm ( normal driving is ok). I was going to use it for my Fastback (coyote) build but plans have changed.
