Congrats to Joe in the truck class! That was the most competitive weekend for the trucks that I've been a part of. Lots of fun!

I wish I could have stayed for Saturday, but my head cold kept getting worse as Friday progressed, and I was miserable when I woke up Saturday morning, so I just decided to tow home.
I really liked the course, wish I would have had a chance at it gravel free after the street sweeper came through. Hate that I argued with Trent about it minutes before the 4:00 cutoff. Trent did a great job, as usual, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what he has in store for us at Charlotte. Compared to SCCA autocross, we have it pretty easy at Goodguys. Show up, drive, and sit around resting in between. Trent and his crew are working non-stop the entire time. They deserve a big appreciative thanks from all of us.

Hey Mark, missed you on Saturday. I figured your cold got the best of you. I got the Big Red Ford down into the low 36s before the track fell off in the afternoon. When I got home the right front shock had broken a bolt and come loose so she may have had a little more in her. Hopefully I'll see you down in Charlotte in the fall. Congrats Joe and thanks for the loan of the tools maybe we'll pit next to each other again.

I had a blast over the weekend. Got to drive 4 different car over the weekend. My nova, Bowlers Torino, Popp's corvette and RideTechs corvette. I was able to get my car down to 29.3 on sunday, I was kicking that tracks ass sunday. Danny Popp went 29.1 in my car and I was trying to beat his time.

Now onto the next event.
