I have an LS3 pullout with complete harness and ECU. Is it better/cost effective to keep what I have of go with an aftermarket setup. It's for a 2012 LS3/TR6060 but will be swapping to a t56 Magnum if that makes a difference.

Contact Speartech about modifying your stock setup compared to just buying a new aftermarket one, correct for your application (ie stand alone w/ T56)
PSI has nice harnesses also, but I don't believe they do any modifying of stock harnesses

There are a couple of guys that offer harness mod service. Current Performance, BP-Automotive and S&S Performance. I used Todd at S&S based on what I heard from others on LS1tech. I can say he was very helpful and always returned my phone calls.

You'd save lots having yours modified over selling it and buying another harness.

Todd is a good guy to deal with
I had him do a few harnesses for a few LS swaps I did in sand rails
Very helpful!
