It looks like the floors are still reasonably solid. If you strip the whole thing, maybe you will find it's reasonably solid under all that dust and Bondo.

Everything is solid except for rust around the bottom of the windshield and dash.

Maybe time for media blast and some primer to see what you're really working with??

lol, thats as much bondo as was on my 68 firebird. on the other hand your floors are solid... yeah thats a killer project.
