New guy from IL 1991 C1500

Hi dudes, here is my daily driver, not much to look at, but mamma always said its the inside that counts. A lot of people hate on this stuff in a 1500 beater truck, but that just makes me want to get crazier with it.

Specs:
383 Stroker full roller
built vortec heads
mild cam
MSD ignition
Edelbrock EPS intake 2716
Coated long tube headers, 3" exhaust to muffler (Dynomax 17554) 2.5" after muffler to 3" tips
Built close ratio T-56 6 speed
4.11 w/ auburn lsd
Holley Terminator EFI Custom Nitro plated black tbi

DJM 3/4 drop, a-arms in front and shackles and hangers in rear. The next thing to do now that i have the drivetrain set is suspension, four link and coilovers on all four corners.

This is my engine, i was going to try to use the gm tbi but once i saw the terminator efi system at sema i fell in love and had to have it!

Welcome! I'm thinking about doing a Similar Build in the next few months - same Truck, 383 Stroker - I need to do some research on the EFI

Thanks. I highly recommend the holley system if you dont plan on having more than 600 horespower, its great and easy to adapt to a tbi trucks fuel and ignition system.

I doubt the Motor I picked up is 600+ HP, so it sounds like I would be OK. Thanks for the Info!
