Hey, I'm from Canada and I love anything to do with muscle cars! im currently 14 years of age and i am looking to get into the muscle cars, but, money is an issue ahah. i am totally committed to get a job, buy a car, build it the way i want it (my dream car basically) and enjoy the good times i would have. ever since i was a kid ive liked muscle cars. my dad had a 1974 dodge charger and it was a dream to drive in, fast as hell, and could outrun anything he pulled up to. i think he told me it was pushing 550HP. BUT my dream car is a 1971 Chevy Nova OR a 68, 69 or 70 Dodge Charger. The only problem is that they are rare around here in my province so i have been looking around on the buy sell and trade website (kijiji / craigslist for you Americans) and i have found a few cars that i like. (1977 Chevrolet Nova Sedan, 1986 Chevy Camaro, 1965 Plymouth Barracuda, and a 1978 Ford Mustang which is not my favorite out of the bunch but none the less its still a nice car.) i need some help from you guys to help me decide which would be the most suitable to do a suspension, engine, tire etc swap on. i was thinking of throwing in a LS3 but it all depends on the car! my favorite is the barracuda BUT its nearly done and he probably wants way too much, but i did email him wondering how much he wanted. thanks for your time! -Seth

Seth, from one newb to another, welcome! It sure is great when a young man of 14 and a not so young man of 68 can enjoy performance cars with equal enthusiasm.Have fun with your quest!

Seth edit your profile and tell us where you live...what province and city. It may be a huge help as this community is always willing to help, also without knowing where you live or any other details it might be worth it to buy a car in the south or even buy a car someone else has started to build but can't finish for whatever reason. I bought my Chevelle while I was looking for a 69 Camaro I couldn't turn away from its 396/4 speed...i stumbled on to a real ss with documentation. Feel free to email me I'm willing to help any kid who isn't into Hondas lol

Welcome Seth! You will have more Suspension Options for a Nova than you will for Mopar, mostly due to regular Suspension vs. Torsion Bars

raustinss i updated every detail and i am thankful for your response! i recently looked on the internet and found 2 cars that i would not mind owning (1971 Plymouth Road Runner, and a 1959 Mercury M-100 pickup truck). my first choice would be the road runner BUT its in the next province over and is $3000 while the m100 is just a little bit aways from where i live and would be around $1000. i would much rather a car but never the less i would take a truck.
