Hello...my name is Paul and I'm new to this board but not new to this type of forum so before I ask a lot of the same questions over again I'll do some searching!


I'm building a 1971 Firebird Formula with a LS2/6L80E...NOT even close to done! It wasn't a numbers matching car so I don't feel bad about changing EVERYTHING except the color...it's white.

Welcome aboard! F-Bodies are quite popular around these parts so you should find plenty of birds-of-a-feather among us all. Good luck with the project.

I'm from and work in Seymour, just north of Appleton, but now I live on Shawano Lake. I'm mostly into 100mph outboard boats but got addicted to all the car build shows on cable so decided to give it a try. I had many T/A's back in the early 80's but always wanted a 1970-1973 Firebird...my favorite! I'm looking for a speed shop to help with the suspension and some of the drivetrain so I'm open to suggestions.

I could sure use some help getting my LS2 ready. Putting that F-body oil pan on has created a lot of problems because this is a DOD motor:(
