I am always amazed at the metal working and fabrication skills many have demonstrated on this site. I am also at a loss as to why these folks spend so much time working and fabricated their metal parts particularly body panel replacement when there is a MUCH easier method for repair of rusted body panels.

In Tennessee we are known worldwide for our many chemical concoctions from whiskey to pot to meth. Now the secret formula for high quality automotive body panel rust repair is out of the shadows and into the mainstream.

Spray foam, plastic filler and paper. That's all you need. You noticed I did not say "Bondo" as that would be a commercial pitch for that product!

Look at the pictures and you will now wonder why you wasted your time developing all those specialized metal fabricating skills.

Enjoy and learn from "Mop" as he performs his magics on this neglected 1969 Chevelle 300!

Is he also going to spray foam the cylinders to increase the compression ratio and fix the scored cylinder walls?
