Hey guys,
We are listing this for a friend who has lost all interest in the project and is ready to do other things.
It is a 1969 Crate Camaro which was purchased through Classic Industries in 2008 along with nearly everything to make a functional car.
This is the body with the extended wheel tubs.
The intention was to have a 2 seat coupe, so a custom fiberglass toneau cover was created. The cover is on the body and can be completely removed and have a convertible top installed.
The gaping was pretty bad, so the doors, fenders, hood, decklid and body have had metal added to close the gaps.
The doors have had the handles and lock openings filled and smoothed.
An Electric Life reverse opening hood kit has been installed.
Detroit Quadralink Rear Suspension is installed
Chris Alston Subframe and suspension installed
Subframe connector is installed
The dash has been reworked for what was to be a custom built dash overlay.
All of the body has been filled and block sanded several times and shot with a sealer coat of DP90 epoxy primer.
