Pickup box ribs / rigids

I currently have a Jeep project, and instead of buying a repop bed floor I am wondering what it would take to build my own. At work I have access to a mittler bros bead roller. I know I would have to bead roll, or figure I would have to get the strength ribs. What type of bead roller dies would I be looking for? I have never used a roller myself.

Any other solutions or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Bead rolling it would be a pain to keep everything nice and straight. Plus most will not reach the middle of the bed, there just not deep enough un less you made the bed floor in multiple pieces. If it were me I would look in to bending the ribs in a brake to get the rib shape then figure aut a way to finish the edges the way I wanted. Hope that helps

or just find a junk truck bed cut the floor out.
