How low will the car sit? It sounds like you are over complicating things. A 2.5" exhaust is perfectly adequate for a LS3 and should tuck nicely under the car.

You'll have to build something custom. There are several companies out there that do oval tubing. Not much in steel that I've seen, but stainless for sure.

Andrew is right a 2.5" is adequate though!

Two and a half inch pipe is plenty for 500hp. Your car can't sit THAT low. The lowest point will probably the header collectors or the front crossmember. The exhaust generally tucks up higher than those two points. In other words, if you go too low, you will smash other things way before the exhaust pipes.
