LED Halo Driving Lights

I am trying to figure out what color will do justice for my halo lights. My car theme is black and red however I think red driving lights could be too much. It will over power the rest of the car somehow or it could just do justice. Lets look at the cool blue. Please reply and let me know please.

Be aware, any color besides white or yellow is probably illegal. In CA, a forward-facing, steady red light is what police cars use to initiate a car stop....so any kind of red running lamp or fog lamp is a big no-no. Are you using LED's or CCFL rings? If you really want another color for shows/ non-road use, why not put two colors of rings on a switch?

blue and red are illegal most places....you can pull off any other color. are those led halos only or full led lights?
