Seen these on a car but iam unable to find them any help would be great

Looks like Holley coil covers to me. Not sure about the rail covers.

That looks like my Dad's 62 Bubbletop, if so the coil covers are Edelbrock that we machined the lettering off of. The injector covers were custom made out of sheetmetal.
