I have figured out a new lighting plan for the front of my allowing me to use the turnsignals as a entry point for brake cooling ducts. I'm needing 3" hose to duct at the rotors.... What have you guys used? Are you buying or fabricating? Where to buy if your buying?

Thanks guys :)

I'm not sure if those specific ones will work on my spindles or not from the picture, but that is the style I was thinking of. Your set up looks great! Where did you buy your brake duct hose? I saw some on ebay, but not sure if there is a better alternative?

Allstar Performance makes a couple different kinds. One is similar to Vintage Air ac duct hose, the other type is less flexible.
Pegasus auto racing has some products too.

Cool sites! Thanks. Those are place I was unfamiliar with, but have what I need.

I think I'm gonna build my own ducts on the spindle from a modified original dust shield. What size tubing would you run? Seems like 3"-3.5-4" is pretty standard. I'm thinking about using 2.5"... Not like this car is a race car everytime its used.

Well I bought 2.5" hose and using some spindle brackets for a Mustang that I'm going to adapt to my OE backing plates. I'll have to post some pics when I get it put together. Thanks for the input fellas! Made me not have to google so much haha

Herb Adams years ago had a kit for second gens. They tack welded a tube to the inside of the dust shields to hook it to.

How much of an air gap from the air duct to rotor is optimum? I'm maybe rethinking my design.
