Sidemount angle plug headers

So I am looking for some sidemount headers for my 74 c3. The only two headers i have found were hookers and doug's. The doug's have 4in. collectors so thats a no go and everywhere says the hooker's don't fit with angle plug heads. anyone know if the problem can be fixed with shorty spark plugs?

Why is the dougs 4" collector a no-go? Thats what the hookers are.
FWIW I have the hooker sidemounts with AFR angle plug heads. Regular length spark plugs and zero clearance issues.

as of right now im running old 292 turbo heads and I don't know if they would be the same angle or not and i dont want to buy something unless im sure they will fit. I discounted doug's because they have 4in. collectors... as of right now my motor hasnt been installed yet but im guessing to be about 500-525 brake hp. would 4in. collectors be too big? ik headmans has 3in. collectors and i figured having 3in would be more my power range
