Fold down rear seat with side panels out of a '68. I do not have the latch or brackets, but they are available from Classic Industries.
Asking $1000……will consider reasonable offers.
Seat is located in the Tulsa, OK area. I prefer a local pick-up but will ship if the buyer pays for shipping and makes all arrangements so that I just have to drop it off at a local shipper's location.
