Been researching this deal and not sure which way to go. I've got power brakes and do not intend to change boosters. i've been told that a 1 inch bore is what i need. is the power S-10 one a 1 inch? do you guys agree that i need a 1 inch? thanks

I've always been told to use a 7/8" bore... that is what an S10 is I am pretty sure. Just make sure you get one for the BASE s10 4cly maunal brakes truck. I think that it's a '89 model or so. Another option is a 77 malibu Master Cyl, at least that is what I have been told. Though Why not just use a C4 or C5 Master Cyl?

Hope this helps... Someone PLEASE Correct me if I am wrong. I am going from what I remember reading about 5 months ago.

I'm running C5 front brakes, and '95 Z28 rears, using the master cylinder that came with my Hydroboost kit. It's a new mid 70's corvette MC. Maybe email Paul from Hydroboost (he's on this board), and ask him for exact specs. It works perfectly on my car.
