They look like S10 extreme rims

^That they are. Also a part of the ZQ8 handling package, which was part of the Xtreme package.

Aren't S10 Wheels 16's and run a 245-50-16? Those wheels look too big and the tires too low profile. My vote is that's a Photochop rendering. A couple other things that support my thoughts is there's no reflection of the blacktop in the ultra shiny paint, the photo looks all black and white except for the body panels, the lack of definition/ clarity in the under car shading and the repetitive pattern of the "rubber Stamp" tool in the blacktop.

I'm for thinking unless you want a 16x8 wheel what you see in this "photo" may not be available.

^This is true. I just did a quick glance, didn't notice the proportions. That is definitely a photoshop, as evidenced by the enormous centercaps and bolt pattern (The centercap is taller than the bumper!).
