Does anyone know how else makes C3 tube chassis. I saw SRIII Motorsports Inc makes one but just wondering if someone else makes one.

Take a look at Street Shop, www.streetshopinc.com. Not round tube, but a pretty impressive platform with a lot of options. My '72 Vette is there right now undergoing a fairly comprehensive LS swap.
