Hello all, after years of looking I finally found the project I have been looking for .... 1964 Pontiac Tempest. I plan on building the typical protour with LS power and a ton of handling mods, brakes upgrade, and a lot of fun behind the wheel. This is the build plan and please someone let me know i i am out to lunch with the plan.

2006 GTO LS@ with 4L60 trans (38k) (cam and tune not much else)........for now
UMI stage 4 hadling kit with 1 inch drop in the rear and the 450# springs/coilovers in the front
WILWOOD or KORE3 brakes all the way around (still undecided on what ones)
MOSER built 12 bolt with 3:55 gearing
AEROMOTIVE fuel pump in the stock tank
UNKNOWN radiator I have heard that the C5 rads fit, probably F body fans
Hedman headers
unknown ls mount kit
Once in I will have a driveshaft built
Stewart Warner Gauges
Vintage Air
I am sure most of this has already been covered and covered again on here but I am sure I will have questions Thanks for any advice....92866

Things have been slowly progressing, So far I have completed the suspension. I did buy the UMI stage 4 suspension and can not be any happier with it. It handles great and the parts had ZERO issue during install. I went with a cheaper brake set up for now I went with the right stuff brake signature 13" from and 12" rear power swap kit. Again ZERO complaints. My temporary wheels (had to buy something to clear the brakes) are the BOSS 338 20x8.5 and 20x10. So far so good.
