Great customer service from Ausley's (and ups?)

Purchased a set of rear qtrs and a bunch of other stuff from Ausley's a bit ago and they arrived from ups looking like...

They were shipped to my body shop's house because he wasn't going to be around and his wife signed off on it. He called me that night, frantic and I got in touch with Mike G at Ausley's at about 10 am. Since the wife signed off on it he wasn't sure what could be done. Mike did all the leg work and called ups, the driver confirmed the box was pretty badly beaten up and Ausley's will be shipping out a new set tomorrow. it's now 1 pm... not bad for getting things done fast!.

I guess I should give a nod to ups too for admitting to the fault even though it was signed off on.

Anyways,

would and will order from them again in a heartbeat.

Quite nice to see companies stepping up to the plate and dealing with situation. Considering how many other companies prefer to play the blame game. Good luck with things on round 2

Ausley's has always been amazing with their customer service, tech help, and parts quality, at least from my experiences with them for the past 13 years. I had ordered their grill kit for my 71 Chevelle and didn't start to get the new grill together until a year later. When I was installing the moldings one was short, I called them to see what I did wrong and Rodger, the owner, checked to see when I ordered everything and said he was going to send me a new molding piece and not to worry about it, cause he wasn't happy that I had the issue. Unlike one of the other big companies that I bought hood hinges and springs from. The bent and folded in on each other when the springs were being installed, and I got told that doesn't happen I had to do something wrong, even though I had someone professional do it. I ended up having to eat the cost and bought NOS hinges and springs for an arm, a leg, and my future first born.

How do the quarters fit? I got to order new sheet metal cause the body shop that did my work ruined most of mine. I got to start all over and figured I would get them from them, but I'm super concerned about the fitment so that the install goes smoothly.

This all went down yesterday so I can't comment on how they fit. I'll update the thread after I get feedback from my body guy.
