Ceramic headlight plugs?

Are there any benefits to running the ceramic headlight plugs vs the plastic OEM ones? I am on the home stretch with the rewire of my car and saw them on-line. I will be running 90/100W H4 style Hella headlights if that helps. Any info would be appreciated.

I ran them on mine as I also had high wattage bulbs in my Chevelle and when I replaced the plastic sockets you could see where they had melted a little due to the heat generated. Better safe than sorry and it was cheap insurance. HTH.
