I have a set of C6 base model(2 piston) front calipers that I want to use on my 1968 Camaro. The Camaro is a factor disk in the front. Doesanyone know it there is a aftermarket brake to do this? I am currently runningRideTech suspension with their spindles and tru-turn system. Thanks in advancedfor the help.

This should be what you need. In addition Tobin of Kore3 is a member here and frequently in the brake forums. He is known as Apogee

Does anyone know of a adapter kit where I can use the original one piece rotor and hub with the C6 caliper?

An original rotor? Aren't they like 10" diameter? You'd benefit from a larger rotor much better than a caliper swap.

don't be scared to just do it your self.
this is how I would do it,
take the rotor/hub to a machine shop and have the rotors cut off and the edges turned down so a C4 rotor will fit.
get a C4 HD 12.75 rotor from a parts store of your choice.
if Kore3 does not offer a bracket build it your self.
make a temple from 16ga sheet.
then cut the bracket from 1/4" steel and use grade 8 bolts
I am not familiar with the spindles your using but they should have 2, 7/17" threaded holes the bolt the bracket to.
just my 2 cents
just have fun with the Camaro!

As Dale said, there is no reason at all to use the factory setup. Get those rotor/hubs turned down or buy a set of hubs if your budget allows.
I'm not sure if the rotor hat offset is the same for the C6 as the C4 rotors but C6 rotors are not expensive in stock form from your local auto parts store.
Don't overthink this swap, it's not difficult. Cheap way: kore3 bracket, autozone rotors, hubs turn down by local machine shop. If you want to go fancy, get the billet hubs from kore3 too.

Here is a thread where a guy turned down front rotor\hub combo
