This pump mount places the pump at almost the same height as the sump but hides it nicely from the rear of the car.

Moved the starter solenoid to the trunk and rerouted the wires. Waiting on my relays to show up for the pumps.

So far, power is good!

Street tuned only at this point as I sent the center section out for new gears. (old set was whining due to improper pinion depth). Waiting to go to dyno for WOT tune and then to the track for a few times.

Sorry, no videos. I want the car complete before I take any. A few things under the hood have been changed too but not shown in these pics.

Plasti Dipped one wheel leaving the rivets polished.

I like the black wheels, the whole car is beautiful. I'm looking for a gen2 as I type. Awesome build

Very nice build. Curious on the power numbers.

Sucks on the rear end. When I first looked at the diff picture I thought it looked like the pattern was too deep.

Ya, I looked at it too when it first arrived. I am a total novice with rear respect to rear ends. This is the reason I went ahead and bought a complete one and figured it was correct. Little better educated on the subject now.

I have a "guestimate" in my mind on power but it will be tuned on a AWD Mustang dyno here local. I'll go to a dyno jet later for a glory run. I can tell you it spins the tires at 65 on the freeway but this was with the 295 Nittos on it. Additionally, 12 lbs 18° timing. Final tune 14-15 lbs and 21°+ timing!

What ever the numbers, the goal is to run mid-low 10's at my local track 3500+ DA.

Thanks. I ended up removing the plasti-dip. I guess I am just bored with these wheels and wanted a different look. I may try and get just the spokes dipped or wrapped.

Holy cat hair Batman. That's what I wanted to do with my 36. Do you have any pictures with the hood on? Wondering if an L88 hood will clear the blower.

I have to take some more pictures with the hood closed but, an L88 scoop fits over the blower w/o issue.

Honestly, it doesn't sound like much at idle. Cam is smooth with a slight hint of lope and pulls great vacuum.

Very impressive numbers. I like that you can run that blower easily with the truck accessories. That motor looks awesome murdered out.

Just curious but why is the power curve so flat? Is that the nature of the Whipple? It also looks like your running 2.5" pipes. Maybe your running out of exhaust? Not knocking it whatsoever. I love it.

I am running 2" primary tube headers, 3" x-pipe, then reduced to 2 1/2" mufflers and tail pipes. I don't know if it is a restriction or not but could be. I already had them so I decided to re-use and spend the money else where. Upgrade down the road for sure.

I really don't have an answer for you as to why the hp curve (or lack there of) is so flat. I have my suspicions though...
