Here are a few pics of a buddys truck that was just finished up last Friday. On Saturday, he got Best of Show at the Truck Nationals in Kansas City. The pics do not do this truck justice - it is one sweet ride. Some of the info: Street and Performance LT1, Full air-ride suspension, oak bed, 02 electric seats, 18" & 20" Billet Specialties wheels and the list goes on and on. Oh, and if anyone is interested in any of the parts that came off of the "original" 71, let me know as he has just about enough good stuff to build another truck.

Looks great! Super clean and a great stance. Looks like a Tuned Port motor under the hood, not an LT1.

Very Nice indeed!! Im a big fan of this bodystyle....not too big a fan of multicolor paintjobs but ur buddies truck pulls it off just right! :cool:

Wow..I think that's the first time I've seen chrome inner fenders. They don't look as out of place as I thought they might. They actually seem to disappear since they "reflect" the rest of the truck, not to mention the added light they throw on parts that would normally not be seen as well. I like em but I'd hate to have to keep em clean and scratch free!

jagarang pickup a copy of Lowrider Magazine you'll see em on almost every other car....too much maintenance other than that I think they look ok
