Mods, move this if its in the wrong forum but I went through the interior forum and it didn't seem like the right place.
I have a corvette gas pedal that I need to mount in my 68 Firebird. I'm interested in seeing how others did it and if anyone makes an adapter bracket.
thanks
Scott

Thanks Tim. I wish I had have thought of doing this before I got this far in the build. That may be the way I go.
Any other ideas?

Look at Detroit Speeds site under projects. Wes King's 69 Camaro, page 2, 2nd row. I built a similar bracket for my DBW pedal.

Thanks for the heads up. I called Detroit Speed. They didn't have them listed for sale on the website but just started making them and packaging them. I got one.

My pedal just arrived yesterday. I need a mount as well. I would love to see what DSE did.

Pretty straight forward and saves me from having to do the measuring and bending. Follow Kevin's instructions.

I guess it depends on who you talk to at DSE. I just called them and they said it won't be ready for "another few months."

What are they going for?

How about using Fabbosses?

That's not good. I'm pretty sure the guys said mine would be going out tomorrow. I was told it was $30. I'll have to give them a call but maybe because it was so new they didn't all know they had it.

Got mine today from DSE. Quality is really nice. I did buy an extra one if any one needs one right away.

Andrew,
What did you use for yours, I think I saw in your thread you used the Monte Carlo style DBW pedal? I am assuming you removed the plastic piece mounted to the rear of the pedal.
