I want to put driving lights in the valance of my '68 Camaro. I like the way the '69 turn signal lights look in the '68 valance but I was wondering what you guys think about putting a '68 RS valance (the one with the turn signal lights in the valance) and using the RS turn signals for the driving lights and leaving the original non RS turn signals in the grill. Just a thought and to see if anyone has already done this..

Thanks,
Carl

I have actually given that some thought myself. This main issue is locating a driving light that will fit the opening. The other thing I have considered is a long thin driving light that would just mount along the bottom edge of the non-RS valance.

I thought about using the RS turn signal lights for the driving lights. (just using the clear bulbs instead of the amber ones). I also like your idea of the long thin driving lights. Right now I don't know what I'm going to do though.
