1967 Chevelle , 20x8.5 front wheels what backspace

Going to be ordering a set of forgeline rb3c and will be going with a 20x8.5 up front .

Going to be running a kore3 c6 z06 brake kit so ill need about 1.75 of caliper clearance .

whats the least amount of backspace I can run with this 20x8.5 wheels ? Car is in Ridetech air ride and will have good clearance in driving mode .

No personal experience, based on internet info, so use with caution. No 20's
Wheels:
Front – 18 x 8.5 (5.2” back space)
Rear – 19 x 10 (5.5” back space)

Tires:
Front – 255/40-18
Rear – 295/35-19

I was also thinking a 5.00 -5.25 front backs space would work well I won't be runnin a inner fender and will trim the front lip .

At ride height the front wheels won't be near the fender lip while dropped the rim should sink in the fender well with a little negative camber .

I wonder if a 4.75 back space would work with what I'm trying to do .

I can help you with the back spacing and the wheels. We are running a special on Forgeline wheels right now and offering free shipping. You would need to run a 5.00B/S on an 8.5 It's a tight fit up front with the 20x8.5 Here is a picture of a customers car with 20x8.5 up front.
