So I found some numbers and figured I would post up all these and hope they help others out.
If I have enough info maybe even make it a sticky possibly.
These are supposed to clear 15 in wheels fine.
So: These point the calipers FORWARD, p-brake pointed forward use S10 axle cables

8 - 3/8 bolts, lock washers and nuts to mount backing plate to rear housing
3/8 washers to shim the backing plate for perfect fitment of the caliper to rotor (2 each bolt in my case)

New style brake cable (I used the Blazer cables, but Lokar universal would be less work)
Brake fluid, gear oil, axle seals
Some common sense and a well thought out plane but I hope this helps. THINKING about what will work on YOUR application is really needed.
