Photoshop Request

Ok, I know you guys probably get really sick of this, but I was wondering if someone could help me out here. I've been trying to find a clean-looking 5-spoke wheel forever that hasn't been used over and over (i.e. no TT2's, even though I really like them). I found this wheel (TSW Montage) through Discount Tire's website, and thought it looked pretty good. Not sure what it will look like on my 68 Camaro though. I don't have a good pic of my car, so I just stole one from the Cars section that is a color similar to what I plan on painting mine. If anyone has better/easier pics of a royal blue-ish 68, use those instaed. And there are links to pics of the wheel. They're pretty high-res, so I'm not gonna put them on here.

If it's not too tough, could you do them in both the silver and black? I really appreciate any help that anyone can give me. I really want to learn photoshop, but haven't been able to yet.

Here you go...I also put the wheels themselves in the "misc" folder.
Save those to your hard drive if needed...they wont be in that folder forever.

Wow, thanks a lot cad and TonyL, I really appreciate that. I think the wheels look pretty good. I really really like dark wheels with a polished lip, but I've been having trouble coming up with a paint scheme that they would look good with. Obviously it can be done, but I'm not sure how to do it while still using the royal blue color. Maybe an upper/lower two-tone with royal blue and black? I really need to learn photoshop, because I could sit around and play with this stuff all day. Wait, maybe I shouldn't learn photoshop...

I've got a question... is that original image a digital rendering (mixed with an actual photo), or just a photo? After zooming in on it, it definitely looks like a rendering rather than a photo, but I thought I'd check.

I wondered the same thing myself. The picture is from the "Cars" section, and the guy who owns it is from Sweden. I've never seen that body kit before. Not saying it doesn't exist, I've just never seen it, and there's not that many body kits for 1st gen Camaros that I know of.

Yeah, I've seen that page before... very useful images for lots of things. I've heard folks have used 'em as reference for modeling. I was actually looking at various modeling software today to see what kinds of things were available for stupid people like me. I'm not sure there is much, so I might just have to learn Maya. Sigh...

Damn that car looks good with any of those wheel combos. Blue with black stripes and the black centered wheels would look good. I think I would go with blue and dark silver or gun metal grey stripes with the brushed wheels. Either way is gonna look good.
