1969 camaro on 17x8

Hey everyone,
I bought some 17x8 wheels for my stock suspension 69 camaro.

today I ordered tires. 245/40/17s

i don't think I will have any issues but am nervous.

does anyone have any input?

Well, since you bought before asking. I guess you'll find out....

If the backspacing is wrong, then they absolutely won't fit. Also, there's a wheel/tire area.

The backspacing is the Key - 17x8s with 245's should fit

I have 245 in front and 275 in back no problems. 17's

I have 17x8 eliminators on my 1985 Monte Carlo. I used 245 45r17 on the front and 275 45 17 on the rear it looks great. I have not had the first rub.
