View Full Version : 69 nova front wheel and brake line relocation

hey everyone
just got my new wheels (no tires yet but prob 235x40) 18x8 tsw valencia and put on the front and when close to full turn the tire is def going to hit the mount bracket for the front brake lines. anyone else have to relocate these brackets?

I run a 275/35/18 on the front and didn't have to move any brake line brackets.

Mine just hits the frame at the steering box bolts first on the backside with a 2" drop spring and 18x8.5 with 245/40R18 tires...not sure how I could make them hit the brake line tabs as it looks physically impossible, or at least highly improbable. Do you have pictures showing the interference?

thanks guys for the input. maybe its because i dont have the front end alignment done yet? ill try and get some pics up soon

these pics are with the stock tires with the front sitting on the ground . when i had the other wheels on i could not set them down on the ground. i guess that made the diff. ill have to see once i get the tires on the wheels.
im running a SC&C stage 2 complete front upper and lower
